Disconnect Day is all about remembering how rewarding the outdoors can be in strengthening the relationships in our lives. The campaign had a website that customers could visit and submit their pledge to pick a day and disconnect. The website would send you a calendar invite that you could put on your device to remember your disconnect day. Social media was a big component of using a hashtag so customers could send their photos to share about their disconnect day. We used videos to connect the idea of social media to the outdoors and word play off those words.
